These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the arp999 platform, accessible at arp999.cam (the "Platform", "Website" or "arp999"). By accessing, browsing, registering on or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

arp999 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports wagering — including cricket betting, PSL markets, ICC tournament coverage, football, UFC and other sports — as well as live casino games, slots, table games and instant-win products. All services are offered in English, with balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have created. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum legal age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater — to register an account.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not register or use the Platform if online gambling is prohibited by any law applicable to you.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
5. Personal Use: Accounts are for personal use only. You may not act as an agent for or on behalf of any third party. You may not use an Account in the course of carrying on a business or for commercial advantage.
6. Truthful Registration: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of Services — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claiming and participation in promotions — you must complete the registration process and, where required, submit to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and preferred currency (PKR). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must not share your password with any third party.

4.2 KYC Documents

arp999 may require submission of the following documentation as part of the verification process:

• Government-issued photo identification — such as a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driver's licence;
• Proof of residential address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals;

4.3 AML Compliance

arp999 operates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. The Operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction that triggers AML review thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify arp999 support immediately via the platform's live chat or email. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings to enhance security.

Users must use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, fraud, or any form of cheating;
• Using automated scripts, bots, algorithms or software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds-generation systems;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible-gambling tool, age-verification measure or self-exclusion order;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing arp999 staff or other platform users;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or reproducing any part of the Platform's code or content.

All financial transactions on arp999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in the cashier for a given payment method.

6.1 Available Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are listed in the platform's live cashier. Familiar Pakistani payment services — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — may be referenced as context for Pakistani users. The availability of any specific method depends on the operator's current cashier configuration and each provider's own terms. Cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT may also be available. No payment provider referenced on this Platform endorses or supports gambling activities, and no such endorsement should be inferred.

6.2 Deposit Limits & Minimums

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. arp999 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

6.3 Fees

6.4 Funds Ownership

Funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party or use payment methods belonging to another individual.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal method used must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant portion of your balance becomes withdrawable;
• arp999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Processing times are not guaranteed and depend on the chosen method and any applicable verification requirements.

arp999 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms stated in the relevant promotion's specific Terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games and time limits are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard real-money wagers placed on restricted games or at insufficient odds may not contribute to wagering requirements.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated promotional period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. arp999 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

8.3 Abuse & Fraud

arp999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, registered multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotions more than once, or otherwise acted in bad faith with respect to any promotional offer.

8.4 Loyalty Programme

The arp999 loyalty programme operates on a tiered points system (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Point accumulation rates, tier thresholds and associated benefits are published in the programme's current Terms, which may be updated from time to time. Loyalty points have no cash value unless explicitly stated in the relevant programme Terms.

All wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport- or market-specific rules published in the sportsbook:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a bet reference number and the amount has been deducted from your Account balance. arp999 reserves the right to decline or limit wagers at its discretion, including where a potential payout would exceed internal risk limits.

9.2 Odds & Pricing

All odds are displayed in decimal format. arp999 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in pricing. Where a wager is placed at demonstrably erroneous odds, arp999 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the User's account balance.

9.3 Match and Market Voiding

Certain events — including match abandonments, walkovers, postponements beyond the stated settlement window, or confirmed match-fixing — may result in markets being voided. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the User's Account balance. Specific settlement rules are detailed in each market description.

9.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted during the defined live-betting window for each event. Odds change rapidly during in-play events; acceptance of a bet at a quoted price is subject to the odds remaining available at the time the bet is processed by the Platform's systems.

9.5 Cricket Betting

Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and Test matches — are subject to the sport-specific cricket rules published in the sportsbook. Users are encouraged to review those rules prior to wagering. In-play cricket markets update continuously and may be suspended during significant match events such as wicket reviews and DRS decisions.

arp999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should always be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all Account holders within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum length of any single gaming session;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform via account settings or by contacting support.

arp999 does not provide gambling-addiction counselling or clinical support services directly. Users experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to contact recognised professional support organisations in their jurisdiction.

arp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing or other unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Dispute or chargeback initiated against a deposit without prior resolution through support;
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• At the User's own request, including upon self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, arp999 may withhold or forfeit some or all of the Account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, arp999 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

A User wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Following voluntary closure, any outstanding real-money balance (minus any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method.

All content on the arp999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and software — is the property of the Operator or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of any Platform content;
• Reverse engineering or decompilation of any Platform software;
• Creation of derivative works based on Platform content;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• arp999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose;
• arp999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• arp999 shall not be liable for losses arising from telecommunications failures, payment provider outages, third-party service disruptions or events beyond its reasonable control;
• Gambling losses resulting from lawful wagers placed on the Platform are the User's own responsibility and do not constitute a liability of arp999.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the arp999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling principles include:

• Personal data is collected only as necessary to provide the Services, fulfil KYC/AML obligations and comply with applicable law;
• Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Users may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data by contacting support, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations;
• Technical and organisational security measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licenced, as applicable. Nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

arp999 expressly does not claim to be licensed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial body. Pakistani users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law. Users are encouraged to attempt resolution through arp999's support channels in the first instance.

arp999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
